They didn't base their decision on when a baby is a baby, they based their decision on the fact abortion is not protected in the US Constitution. That's all the Supreme Court does. They rule if laws were followed properly or if an issue is a constitutional one or not.

Well there you go. There is no right to privacy in the US Constitution. Furthermore, what does privacy have to do with abortion? Did somebody in some state make a law that when a woman has an abortion, they must post a sign on their front porch or something? Whether a woman had an abortion five years ago or will have one in five days, nobody has to know about it. And you are correct when you say the Constitution has no language for reproductive rights. That's why they allow states to decide what rights people have with abortion.

I am a Catholic. Explain to me please why someone has the right to kill an unborn human being but has not the right to kill a born human being. How is logically the killing of a helpless human being against the will of this human being able to be a written and/or still unwritten human right?
