They have laws against taking recreational narcotics, laws against suicide, laws that prohibit you from taking merchandise out of the store without paying for it, laws against being intoxicated and out in public even if you're not bothering a soul, laws on where you can and cannot smoke a cigarette, and anybody violating these laws can make the same claim as you: being robbed of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
