It’s an ongoing investigation and releasing the affidavit would probably be harmful to the investigation so it’s unlikely to happen at this time.

It would be inappropriate for the DoJ to release embarrassing information on people who have committed no crimes. This is what the FBI did to Clinton and was rightly criticized for doing so.

The DoJ is doing their best, but nothing is easy with Trump.

There was no criminal case against Clinton but they bad mouthed her anyway. That’s entirely against the principles of the DoJ. Clinton was very badly treated by the DoJ.
