Lowering Capital Gains and Dividend taxes purpose was to create jobs. Unfortunately, that led to the apex of offshoring jobs. The job creators didn't hold up their end of the bargain.
I think you need to go back and familiarize yourself with factual history.
Oh yeah, cheap labor is the ticket. Especially in a consumer driven economy. One of the reason's the recovery from the Great Depression took so long was the shrinking expendable income of the working class. Go back and study economics too.
