As I said, a letter that summons her to court in a civil suit will put an end to her abuse of power. Let her lawyers try to defend her especially when there are multiple videos of her campaigning on going after Trump.

True, she is innocent until proven guilty. So are the Jan 6th protesters, but they are in the DC Jail. The will be room even for Leticia's fat ass once Trump pardons them and gets them out.

Unlike Democrats, I only advocate that Ms. James be held for a reasonable pre-trial confinement time and through the trial.

I believe that there may be some excesses in the Trump administration. My plan is to point them out before Democrats do.

This is not one of them, though.

I was pondering her comments more than his after going through this post. I may have concluded why she revealed this proclamation just one day after Trump won though it is pure.speculation on my.part. She is basically.trying to be the early lichpin in the resistance. She wants to raise her public profile and cash injection from Trumps enemies, some of them perhaps even foreign. It was letting everyone know, "Im here and I'm open for business and I wont back down." . Her statement that "we didnt get the resuult we.wanted" is strange.as she is supposed to be objective.and apolitical. How is a GOP.supporter supposed to receive fair treatment in NY?

What rights were violated? Everything she did in court was done normally. It’s the same as if anyone else were prosecuted or sued.
