Only a fool trusts career politicians. But they’re bound by rules, ethics and laws. A conman like Trump refuses to respect the law and seems to think he’s above the law.
Trump is finding out that the laws and the rules, have caught up to him. He can’t lie, buy or bully his way out of this mess.

Politicians are routinely held to accounts, but since Clinton’s election, and the pendulum began to swing back to the Democrats, the Republican Party has engaged in a dishonest and corrupt practice of smearing political rivals with false claims and lies.
35 years of investigating the Clintons without a single charge or even a piece of evidence or a witness of wrong doing is pretty convincing evidence to me that the Clintons aren’t crooks or criminals, despite the lies Republicans have told about them since Bill was elected.
Every investigation started against Donald Trump turns up evidence of lying, abuse of power, corrupt payoffs, attempts to bully and intimidate witnesses, and attempts to use the power and office of the Presidency for his own financial and political gain.
Donald Trump is simply the most corrupt President in American history. More of his officials have been fired or left office and gone to jail than any other President in the third year of his term.
