Yep...he's a master.
When the fool judge granted the stay of DACA, Trump didn't
do anything. He tweeted that he didn't like it, but he never
bothered with it.
He was waiting for the deal.
Now they want to play...he's going to up the ante and put his
cards on the table.
He's doing both. Yes he's appealing to the 9th but Sessions
is going to SCOTUS w/o waiting for a 9th ruling.
The Govt will remain open and the good Libs now have until
March to give him a deal everybody can live with.
If not, when SCOTUS tosses that 9th ruling in the trash, those
Dreamers are out of here.
Somebody ought to remind the libs, he got elected promising
to get the illegals out of here. I don't care what poll they come up
with about wanting the Dreamers to stay, Trump's folks will be cheering
and keeping the GOP over the House and increasing the margin in the
Senate.
They cannot afford to give up the Dreamers. The GOP can.

It's pretty funny, there's not even a law to argue Constitutionality.
Obamakov's executive order was not a law, and Trump just tossed it in the trash can.
Exactly. This judge must have gotten his law degree at some Vo-Tech
Center. He doesn't know that a President cannot enact law.
He doesn't understand that a Presidential Executive Order is only
good as long as he is President. The next President can keep it if
he wants, but he can dump it with a stroke of the pen and it is
not subject to any judicial review.
Trump said they have until March when he dumped it in September.
It will take SCOTUS around 5 seconds to make the ruling just to get
that order out of the way.
btw...He's moving on all fronts. He's coming at them from every
direction. The Gal who is Director of Homeland Security was asked
today about the Head of Ice asking the DOJ to investigate the possibility
of bringing Federal Charges against Elected Officials who demand that their
law enforcement officers do not comply with Federal Law on Immigration.
It was roundabout but she basically confirmed that they were preparing to
do just that. The main Target is California. (The Deep South will love
anything along those lines but the Rust Belt and the Heartlands always
enjoy a good Cali bashing.
Then next week he's probably going to dump NAFTA and our savings
alone will be the equal of Mexico paying for the Wall.
