Sure, but the initial subs as the multipole references I quoted are going to be built in the US. It takes years to build and staff a shipyard, and Australia, and they have never built or manned nuclear submarines. It is going to take years to be able to do that, and the initial training and equipment will be provided by the US.

You are confusing the eventual goal, with the initial steps. They are not the same at all.
