Im sure he did talk to the oil companies about returning to Venezuela if Maduro was no longer in power and they could regain control of their operations. Weve had 2 carrier groups parked off Maduros coast, and they were openly threatening him in the press. Of course he spoke with oil companies about the possibility of Maduro being removed.
