This was fulfilled in the modern world by the first American Cyrus, President Truman. Truman was central in the release of the post-Holocaust Jewish exiles in Europe, and their return to Israel. Followed by America’s recognition of the resurrected Jewish nation-1948.

Three dimensions were fulfilled by President Trump in his “Jerusalem Declaration” in 2017. The Proclamation of Cyrus has another dimension. (1) Identify Jerusalem as belonging to the Jewish people. (2) Recognize the city as the nation’s capital. (3) Affirm the right of the Jewish people to return there. Truman did not fulfill any of theses dimensions. All of three of these dimensions were fulfilled by President Trump during his first year as president that is much it meant to God that His purpose be completed immediately.
