“Travis told police Arbery “squared up” like he was going to attack.” So he shot him in the chest.

2nd if that’s true they were conducting a citizen’s arrest,, manslaughter, 3 months in jail see ya later

it’s bad enough that these three stooges brought their guns to a supposed ‘property crime’ that they did not witness but the dumbass shooter tells the police that he ordered the maybe suspect to eat asphalt at the point of his gun. No chance that this was some kind of legitimate or legal citizens arrest.
Hey on the ground in a citizen’s arrest is pretty common lol

Nothing in that BBC report says squaring up to fight lol you LIAR

how about this?

Under questioning by Jason Sheffield, an attorney for Travis McMichael, Dial said Travis told police he raised his shotgun at Arbery from roughly 90 feet (27 meters) away and told him to stop and get on the ground.

That’s when Arbery ran around the passenger side of Travis’ truck, and the two men met in front of it.

Dial said Travis told police Arbery “squared up” like he was going to attack.

“There’s a statement that he might have had his hand on his shirt,” Dial said. “Travis McMichael said his adrenaline was pumping and it all happened very quickly.”

He said Travis then fired the first shot into Arbery’s chest.

1st thats not what the police report says,

2nd if that’s true they were conducting a citizen’s arrest,, manslaughter, 3 months in jail see ya later
Then the family gets sued for illegal forceable detainer which is a lot less than negligent homicide. Those two white boys just ruined not only their lives but their families due to the liability issues they didn't think about. All over an alleged incident.
Well after all the neighbors testify they were all on high alert and Arbery was terrorizing the neighborhood, then McMichaels will sue arberys mother.. which they should no matter what.

Well so far the neighbors testimony has pretty much removed Life from the possible sentences. Now the best that Travis can hope for is Life without Parole. Daddy and Roddy might just get Life. But Parole will be tough. And in Daddy’s case. Twenty years is certainly a death sentence.
Link to neighbors testimony?

The article you just denounced? The one where Roddy told Investigators about the racial statements? What are you? Ten second Ted from 50 first dates?
That’s not neighbors testimony of break ins lol that’s Bryan trying time cut a deal lol

No. That was a Roddy talking himself into trouble while trying to make himself seem cooperative and respectable. If he had a Lawyer. The lawyer must have been thinking about a real estate closing that he was late for.

The problem with your narrative is that even if it was true it does not help the McMichaels. You have to see a crime take place. Don’t get started on Reasonable Belief. It does not mean what you think it does. Just admit your fellow Klansmen are
Screwed and going to prison.

No they were stopping a black guy. He had to commit the crime in their presence for Citizens Arrest to be valid. Even then pointIng a weapon at him was a crime. So Manslaughter is out. Manslaughter is not an option if they were committing a Felony. And they were.

They did not see a crime. They had no legal justification for Citizens Arrest.

Oh hell. Why not. Reasonable Belief in this case would be a woman running up to you screaming and pointing at a guy screaming he is trying to rape me. You would be reasonable to believe her. You would be justified in detaining that man for police. She claimed to be a victim of a crime in progress.

Reasonable Belief is not I think he is a criminal. If the woman said it happened last year you could not touch the man. Honestly you are so dense I am shocked that you do not have an event horizon.

They were stopping a known burglary suspect..

I can’t wait to hear the defense lawyers attempting l to make a case to the jury that the old man’s “GUT FEELING” will justify dropping the aggravated assault and felony murder charges against them.

“Dial testified that Greg McMichael told police that “he didn’t know if Mr. Arbery had stolen anything or not, but he had a “gut feeling” that Arbery had committed prior break-ins in the neighborhood.”

Gut Feeling? You sure don’t get much help from your hero murderers do you? Gut feeling??? Come on!!

You can’t believe that armed white citizens should be attacking any black person they
have a gut feeling they should detailed at gun point until real police can arrive.

The laws that have been on the books for decades are not on the side you think they are. Each bit of information that leaks out is more damaging to the McMichaels case. Right now Daddy and Roddy might have a chance at a plea bargain. Travis is most probably going to get life without parole. He might as well take the jury. He has nothing to lose.

Are you denying the neighborhood was on high alert?

God this is all funny! We have a video of the black attacking a man legally holding his weapon. Legally discharged his weapon after being attacked.. stop with your nonsense
Travis says he fired the first shot before Arbery grabbed his gun.

That would be a injustice,, would you rather live in a neighborhood in fear or with brave hero’s like the McMichaels?

Travis is as dumb as he looks.
Please post yor picture so we can assess your statement.

looks like all 3 hayseeds could play the banjo.
All three are facing years of prison rape by angry black men.

Squared up while in motion , only time Arbery stopped is when he was violently attacking the hero

Why would I be afraid? Black people do not scare me.
