the TSA is due to unfunded government, the same with the airport lines, I have flown when the government is not shutdown and it has been efficient.

Airports are fine.

The National Parks when the government isn’t in shutdown is also efficient and there are park rangers and other staff, also lots of workamping jobs available.

I am on Social Security and under the last shutdown wait times were longer but when the government was open, it was about 4-5 minutes. Not sure where you are calling to, but my experience has been quick.
