We've seen the results of the work force reductions:

• 8 hour lines in airports due to shortages of TSA staff
• an increase in accidents at airports because of shortages of air traffic controllers
• campsites at national parks being closed due to staff shortages
• wait times0.0 on hold for phone calls to government offices average 90 minutes, with hours long waits to call into Social Security and other high volume offices
• a disproportionately high number of federal employees who were fired, are veterans
• services to veterans have taken the biggest cuts of all.

It's not a golden age for low income Americans. Trump is cutting all federal social programs to fund his "wars".

Who knows? The March numbers will likely be down graded next month, which has happened every month since Trump started his trade war.

Both January and February's numbers were reduced in the March report. Trump's job numbers have been in the negative since the trade war started. For example, the February Jobs Report said the economy lost 92,000 jobs in February. This report increases the number of jobs lost in February by 45% to 133,000 jobs.

"Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 178,000 in March, following a decrease in February (-133,000). In March, job gains occurred in health care, in construction, and in transportation and warehousing. Federal government employment continued to decline. Payroll employment had changed little on net over the prior 12 months. (See table B-1.)"

The Labor Department figures are changes in non-governmental payroll. The same figures Trump uses, so Trump's reduction in government jobs isn't even factored into his job creation numbers.
