I think there is also an active aversion to it.

Appearing to be "strong" is an overriding concern for them, and they have clearly decided that traditional human empathy is a sign of weakness. That seems like a self esteem issue to me.

TOXIC EMPATHY, is using empathy to justify or encourage harmful behavior.


The classic example is giving a child having a trantrum, what they want. It quiets them in the short term, and makes the child happy, in that the child got what it wanted.

But it actually HARMS the child, by teaching it that the way to get what it wants, is to have a hysterical fit.


This is a real point, and you are...failing to address it seriously or honestly.
