First of all, the 14th Amendment was written with newly-freed Black former slaves in mind, and the intent was to protect all citizens from arbitrary State actions that deprived them of citizenship and the rights that come with it. Moreover, the 14th Amendment is not benefiting "Mexico's people," moron; it's benefiting people who were born here and, to a lesser degree, parents who intend to stay here.

It’s actually quite sad…as a taxpayer funded ‘educator’ he should be one of America’s most reasonable minded citizens but he can’t even articulate the simplest of answers most of the time. He can’t because he knows his answers won’t be and can’t be rational and or sensible.
