I checked in on CNN 5 or 6 times today, for comedic value of course. What you said is all they talked about all day long. How close we came to " losing our Democracy, having to declare martial law, Trump's insurrection, bla bla bla. And now this year we have Democrats showing everyone exactly how the peaceful transfer of power is supposed to be done. How the hell could an even marginally intelligent person watch that shit?

The repudiation of the country re-electing the man the Democrat party based their entire identity around defeating... AND it wasn't even close... AND he won every swing state... AND he won the popular vote... AND he improved his support with every voting group except college educated white women... AND Trump came closer to winning New York and Illinois than Democrats came to winning Texas or Florida...AND he won with the highest popular vote totals of any Republican since 1988... AND he won with the most diverse coalition of voters of any Republican in history...AND Trump supporters beat them over the head with these facts at every opportunity...has shattered the morale of the Democrats into 312 Electoral shape pieces.
So, yeah...the resistance is dead.
