Of course. We've seen the way those leftist cities handled the Wuhan virus. We are now seeing how they deal with riots, looting and protecting the public.

The President simply has to deflect blame away from himself by pointing out these are liberal utopias that are experiencing all of these problems, and there is little he or the Republicans can do to help them. Furthermore he must ask the public if this is the way they want our federal government run.
