Young kids tend to show an interest in learning other languages, so it would be wise to start them early as most countries do with English. Could eventually be a matter of national security.

Well that’s what we need to know…What are those numbers? How many are here legally that can’t speak English? Then we need to ask, is that number large enough to change how we operate? Why not force the foreigner to learn the official language rather than leverage American’s into a position that makes them feel forced to accommodate the foreigner?
My daughter got her teaching credentials a few years back but she refused to apply for a job in the public sector because she refuses to learn Mexican and she refused to take tax dollars to teach Mexico’s people. Commendable isn’t it?
