Time for a CIVIL LAWSUIT - "Karmelo & family"

I have been hoping they would file a civil lawsuit, hopefully it will happen.

The idiots who donated to the killer’s defense should sue for breach of contract.
Nah, if they are that stupid, screw 'em.

Nope. You don’t need a signed contract. A verbal contract is also valid, but harder to prove of course.

In this case, it’s easy to prove: the murderer’s family requested donations for his defense, via the Internet. People donated for that purpose. The parents decided to spend the money on themselves Instead. The breached the contract.

Contracts do NOT have to be in writing (with the exception of real estate).
Winner. I ignore Admiral Tory or whatever his fake name is, along with a number of other leftists, who only bring lies to the board.

The parents did not collect the money. It was from a website/charity that does that sort of thing. They are under no obligations UNDER THE LAW! A point you keep ignoring.

Did you sue Kamala for funding people's bail in the George Floyd riots?
The mother was behind organizing the website page
that collected money under false pretenses.

And I’m not talking about ME personally suing. I have no standing. But the people who donated do.

Thank you. I notice he can be nice when you agree with him, but if you won’t submit to his wrong opinion, he becomes enraged.

Where is your ******* contract? No one signed a damned thing! Are you naturally this dense or is it a skill you developed over time?

Yes, it sucks, but what the **** are you going to do about it? You cannot sue! You don't have standing as you lost nothing. A court case will go nowhere!

They will get away with it, no matter what you do. Lesson learned. Don't donate to crooks or their families.
GoFundMe strictly enforces its Terms of Service, which prohibit using the platform to fundraise for vigilantism, illegal acts, defense in cases of heinous crimes, and violence.

Notable cases where the platform has refused or revoked the use of its service include:
  • Luigi Mangione Suspect Defense (2024): GoFundMe removed and refunded campaigns raising funds for the legal defense of Luigi Mangione (accused of the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson), citing its policy against supporting the legal defense of violent crimes. [1]
  • Capitol Riot Defendants (2021): Following the January 6 Capitol breach, the platform shut down numerous campaigns raising money for the legal defenses and travel expenses of individuals involved in the events, stating they strictly prohibit campaigns that support violence or illegal activities. [1, 2]
  • Cain Velasquez Legal Defense (2022): The platform shut down the high-profile "Free Cain" fundraiser for former UFC champion Cain Velasquez—who was charged with attempted murder—because it breached their terms regarding violent crimes. [1]

    • Police Officers in High-Profile Cases (2015): GoFundMe refused to host campaigns for officers involved in the deaths of Freddie Gray and Walter Scott, clarifying that they cannot be used to benefit those charged with serious violations of the law. [1]
    • Ahmaud Arbery Murder Co-Conspirator: The platform removed a legal defense fund set up for William "Roddie" Bryan, one of the men convicted in the racially motivated murder of Ahmaud Arbery.[1]
    • Palestinian Aid and Gaza Blockades (2025): GoFundMe faced heavy public criticism and accusations of freezing funds or closing campaigns for Palestinian aid, citing complex compliance measures, risk mitigation, and international sanctions. [1, 2]
Comment: I agree that no one should have donated to a murderers defense, And GFM says in their rules that they don’t allow pages for violent crimes. So, how’d they get the page? Did they lie on the plea page? Or is GFM dishonest as to what causes they allow?
I’m no lawyer, but it would seem to me there’s something there….

Is there any doubt why this "teen" became a murderer? These are his parents in action:

I think the parents you are disccing are Anthony's. The guy who did the killing.
No, the parents of the dead kid would file a civil lawsuit against the murderer and the parents of the murderer.

I saw that last evening! He’s filing an appeal and asking for a public defender because he’s “penniless.”

What worthless POSs his parents are.

Not that it will bring their son back, but the fact that Anthony's parents are profiting over this murder is intolerable.

No lawsuit for fund recovery. I don't want the people who contributed getting their money back.

Since he was a minor, a lawsuit against his estate/family for wrongful death might work, but it would be a stretch.

Does the Son of Sam law apply here?

Texas a similar law, but it's only available to the state, and only for specific profits.

Some crafty lawyers will figure it out.

I read that the family actually stated on the funding page that the funds would be used for more than legal fees. Has anyone read the actual page?

Not that it makes it right.

White liberals are creating a true Hell on Earth for White people. Begging for their own demise and ensuring legislation allows it.
Most of these liberals are not getting rich off of it. They are just that gullible and misled.

Bunch of no good grifters.... stole money from people on the internet dumb enough or racist enough to contribute when there was no defense for why the animal plunged a knife into a student.

Take their mansion and cars. Now.

Their civil rights were violated by locking up a murderer.

And you are wrong! What part of that are you not getting? There is no harm in a voluntary contribution. Unless there is a signed contract, you have nothing! Good and bad intentions do not mean shit! Take a course in the law, would you?
There doesn’t need to be a signed contract

If you go out and tell people to donate to your cause and say the money is going to a cause

But in fact are lying and pocketing the money for your new house and car…that’s a crime

Thank you. Admiral will never admit when he’s wrong. All he does is become ENRAGED.

In this particular case, not only is it a breach of contract, it’s out and out fraud. Do you know that their son has filed an appeal (based on what, who knows?), and his “parents” aren’t giving him a dime of the nearly $1 million they collected for him. He’s applied for a public defender on the grounds he is indigent.

I doubt if they have any tribute left. I believe Karmelo had 2 brothers that may get the grift going again, and a sista who could be cleanup batter.
