Which isn’t a surprise given your posting history and ability to be easily confused

Condemnation isn’t in the constitution. eminent domain is. They aren’t the same thing

Nor is either what the demafascit in NYC suggesting

Condemnation doesn’t change ownership, the property can and should be repaired by the owner or he can sell it

Eminent domain is when the govt forces a private party to sell property to the govt

What the demafasict wants to do is take property from a private individual and give to whomever they prefer
