The SCOTUS decision was that it could be banned, not that it should be.

But personally I think the SCOTUS is wrong.

Exactly... It's not like China is selling us knowledge on how to survive if we don't buy their cheap goods that end up in a landfill either immediately or no more than a year or two later. Yes, because the goods are so cheap and disposable, it's not like we couldn't survive the rehab stages that would follow after we get cut off or lose them as a source of cheap unsustainable goods.

Back in the day our government was pro-American, and it took measures to empower and protect American consumer's by requiring testing and proving product's before being released to the American public. These offices or programs undoubtedly have been gutted or made dormant by those who worked to lobby and destroy any stop checks in the way of their utopic profits to be made in one the most richest economic secure wealth holder enviroments in the free world.

For year's and year's wealth generated by Americans was just sitting there ripe for the taking, and so manipulating minds came together under the guise of pollution and industrial waste generated by factories to environmental fears over to sending it all to communist countries that didn't mind creating the goods under slave labor type conditions for our business class...
