"...the U.S. is the healthiest country in the world. However, when it comes to freedom, an ideal most Americans pride themselves on, the U.S. falls to 15."

"The U.S. was ranked highly in all categories except safety and security, where it has dropped to number 33."

"In fact, in the study’s
key findings, it said the U.S. is “an increasingly dangerous place.”

“It is also the only Western country to register high levels of state-sponsored political violence,” the study says. “According to Amnesty International the country has the same level of political violence as Saudi Arabia.”

The U.S. isn’t one of the top 10 most free countries in the world, study says

No wonder why the majority of Americans believe this President and Liberals have the nation headed in the wrong direction!

Did you really read it? Political violence. Like the white guy who went into the black church and killed how many? How many of those attacks are there?

Then the part about obesity and fatty foods. The GOP typical nutritional plan.

Hmmm, can't blame that stuff on Obama.

A white guy gets a gun, shoots a lot of blacks and then complains it's Obama's fault for dividing the country.

"So what’s the country with the most personal freedom? Canada, followed by New Zealand, Norway, Luxembourg and Iceland.

Personal freedom, as defined by the London-based Legatum Institute, measures a nation’s performance at both guaranteeing individual freedom and encouraging social tolerance. Canda was ranked No. 1 due to 94 percent of its citizens saying they believed they had the freedom to choose the course of their own lives and 92 percent saying there was tolerance for ethnic minorities and immigrants."

Those fucking Socialists are beating us, again. Damn them and their "people actually matter" outlook on life.

Of course I read it....

Did I mention anything about obesity? No - YOU did.

State Sponsored Political Violence'....I don't think the guy who went into the black church and shot people was sponsored by the 'state'. Or are you saying he was?

good Rubber Room thread. By the way, Repubs voted for the *cough* "Patriot" Act in droves.
Obama fought to extend it....not that he needed to. He illegally spied on Americans - to include reporters and Senators, AND he used the IRS to target Americans he considered his 'political enemies'.

Our happy little police-state and just lock 'em up society https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...SH.PDF&usg=AFQjCNE5lWADEdELeKXfSVmkjbGTwoPYow

Fast enough? It should have been closed day one. Eight years later we still have people locked up who shouldn't be. Political violence, and you love it.
