Actually it is normal.

I've worked in corporate headquarter offices for 20 something years, and with the exception of a couple of them.............ALL executives thought of anybody "under" them as garbage and legitimate slaves to be used and abused at will.

They think the huge paychecks they get for sitting on their asses and doing nothing all day makes them better than anyone else at a lower level. I've seen managers come out of meeting with corporate level managers and be in tears from the harassment and degredation they are put through.

Boy, do I have STORIES about all this kind of shit!!!
