Will swim the Hudson in NY. I leave tomorrow to join my best friend on the trip! He is a currently active SEAL who has seen numerous deployments to the sand box. He is absolutely one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I am looking forward to being at this event. I wouldn't even attempt to swim, but I will be running the final 2 miles they run after the swim. I have never served, but man what an honor it is to be allowed to make that run with them.
Going to see the Mets and Braves Friday night.
This will be the trip of a lifetime for me. Getting to spend that time with all those who have served and volunteered will be awesome.
