I don't know his capabilities enough to support him or oppose him, but any reservations I have about Gaetz have nothing to do with his personal life. And if he does have the instincts and courage to restore the DOJ and FBI to be honorable servants of the people, I will praise his name to the Heavens.

Sounds like shades of Michael Cohen......a textbook tactic of this Department of Justice when they want to "get somebody" no matter what they have to do.
They try to get their friends and associates to flip on them to keep out of jail.
They don't need experience. They'll learn on the job. If you've never done that, that might be another concept you can't grasp. What they do need is the right vision of what government should be and the courage to make that happen. And every single one of them have that.
