Republicans lost blacks during the Hoover administration over the Mississippi great flood. After Abe Lincoln they were solidly in the Republican column. I think the fastest growing population Hispanics are solidly in Democrats column now, and probably won't be back. It's been 2 election cycles now where mean spirited comments have been thrown at them, and they really have no reason to be a part of the Republican party anymore.
