The Seashell indictment is a placeholder. Soon enough - though not especially soon - there will be more serious charges added.

Important thing is to get him under an indictment. He is a multi-millionaire, but his lawyers won't be cheap. They're going to fight this like it was a rape-murder rap instead of advising their client to take a negotiated plea to a lessor charge with no incarceration.
