No matter what the terms of the Iran deal are its not too soon to consider what comes next
And I suspect that will be Directed Energy, aka laser, weapons
The fly in the soup for 2026 was the fact that using relatively cheap rockets and drones Iran can close the Straight of Hormuz and we cant stop them
Conventional anti missiles costs 20 to 100 times more than Iran’s weapons cost
At any time they can launch 100’s of rockets at a single giant super tanker and sooner or later sink one
And one is all they need to close the Strait
What the Allies must do is develop a rocket defense that the jihadi’s cannot overcome
And I’m convinced we can do it
