Dominion on the East coast tried to replace American lineman with foriegn workers also. They must not have paid whoever off because they were denied the visa's. It is not legal for them to replace American workers with foriegn workers.

People will have to take back their state legislators also to get a lot of this crap stopped. The federal level will in most cases only regulate the companies that are over state lines. In some states its is so screwed up that in some of these offices as they are pulling off fraudulent bullshit and if a fed comes into the picture to enforce the laws on the books they will ship that federal worker to another state of district (have seen this happen more than once).
