This is Getting out of Hand

I DOUBT hes any threat at all. Hes a college student focusing on BAsketball, but because his country refused to accept those people back from South Sudan who were here illegally the U.S. is taking the step of
revoking visas in some sort of blanket policy. Its nothing personal or having to do with race.
When a president says he will take white South Africans but is doing this., it IS about race. They are revoking visas, these guys are legally here.

Some of the potential deportees have filed lawsuits against the Trump administration, and several judges have issued temporary restraining orders as a result.

Lucas Guttentag, a former Justice Department official during the Biden administration, called the move “another example of damning individuals based on nationality and upending the lives of innocent and law abiding visa holders instead of engaging in meaningful diplomacy.”

You racists love this, but America is looking really bad to the rest of the world.
Okay, if Trump passes a law through congress that none of these illegals can vote ever and it can't be overturned by another president or court. You still want them here? Yes or no?

U.S. secretary of state Marco Rubio announced news on Saturday that could potentially lead to Maluach, a South Sudan citizen, being forced to leave the country.

“I am taking actions to revoke all visas held by South Sudanese passport holders and to restrict any further issuance to prevent entry into the United States, effective immediately, due to the failure of South Sudan's transitional government to accept the return of its repatriated citizens in a timely manner,” Rubio wrote.

Arch Racist IQ-2.0 foams with his big mouth to castigate America when they make reasonable demands of Sudan which they refuse tocomply with .
Complain to Sudan if you think somebody might get a raw deal .
They are causing the trouble .

STOP YOUR RACISM IQ-2.0

This young man has broken no laws; he's come to get an education and play basketball. He hasn't been seen protesting against Israel, nothing. But he might just get deported. This bs has gotten out of hand.

Duke’s Star 7-Footer Facing Possible Deportation After Final Four Loss to Houston

Duke Blue Devils suffered one heartbreak with Saturday’s last-second Final Four loss to Houston, and now, they may have to brace for another.

Duke held as much as a 14-point lead midway through the second half before a combination of its own defensive blunders and some Houston good fortune set the stage for a dramatic finish in the final seconds.

And while the sting of bowing out in the Final Four is still fresh, Duke is also dealing with some possibly unfortunate news regarding 7-foot-2 freshman center Khaman Maluach.

U.S. secretary of state Marco Rubio announced news on Saturday that could potentially lead to Maluach, a South Sudan citizen, being forced to leave the country.

“I am taking actions to revoke all visas held by South Sudanese passport holders and to restrict any further issuance to prevent entry into the United States, effective immediately, due to the failure of South Sudan's transitional government to accept the return of its repatriated citizens in a timely manner,” Rubio wrote.

Duke is aware of the situation, but the university declined to comment on how or if it affects Maluach, per The Athletic’s Brendan Marks.

“Per Duke spokespeople, the program has no comment on the situation at this time,” Marks stated.

Is he legally here? Yes or no?

In an article paid for by USAID, uninformed sources said that Rubio lost $ a 10K bet with Elon on that game and wants revenue

Student visa... if he misbehaved then he shouldn't.
People are supposed to have freedom of speech when they come here. But this guy had not misbehaved or he would have been kicked off the team. So just stop looking for ways to excuse this unconstitutional mess
