Things going up in price at the grocery store

But, the more they sell, the more they can produce, and the cheaper the prices will get.

Trump is also going to bring back the CORRECT way to do business, and halt all this over price gouging shit.
I don’t think you realize just how much cheaper things are to produce in developing countries with their absolutely shitty wages and living conditions.

Tarifs and increased production aren’t going to make up that difference. Not even close

Over time they sure as hell could.
When you consider a generation ago, when most everything American was made in America, a working father could support a housewife, a house, a car (or two), and children.

Could it be a rough ride for us? Sure it could..........just like the last 4 years of HARD CORE PRICE GOUGING has been a determent to all of us.

There was no price gouging.....I saw more package shrinkage than anything else. Everyone was doing that to try to keep prices stable under FJB's reign of inflation terror.

When they couldn't, like say with beef, prices increased.
I work in a high-end grocery store and I saw a lot of both.

Well we have a choice....eliminate the regulatory fees or make the foreigners pay them as well

A generation ago? I remember in the 1980's EVERYTHING was made in Taiwan. Or China.

In the 1990's we had our most important industries here at home. Manufacturing. Car companies. Lots of jobs. So we exported some shit to Mexico and China. No big deal. But in the 2000's, Bush sent MILLIONS of high paying union manufacturing jobs overseas. Way too many. So of course when his Great Recession hit, a lot of people lost their homes. And those people have never found jobs that paid as good as the ones they had until REPUBLICANS sent all those high paying UNION jobs overseas. In fact if you are a Republican you helped them send those jobs overseas because in the 2000's you guys were at war with unions. I remember all our arguments. I said unions were important to the middle class and Republicans said they outlived their usefulness.

What a joke considering all the union workers who under Biden got big raises because he supported them when they went on strike. Would Trump support union workers? **** no.

Any blue collar job Trump brings back home will not be a high paying union job.
