They don't want to investigate?

Do we know their names and which president hired them?

It's all politics , all the time with you isn't it?

Can you even imagine someone simply being a career professional and doing their damn job?

Knowing the law, investigating the facts, drawing conclusions and putting all that into a report. Crazy concept.

I'll take that as a yes.

Let’s assume everything you’ve just said to be 100% true. There is still a very simple question remaining:

WHY NOT INVESTIGATE THE INCIDENT???

They always investigate these sort of lethal incidents and this one would be ESPECIALLY important to investigate and produce a report on given how much of a public issue this killing is.

Why the exception? Can you rationally answer?

Because we are in a period of civil unrest, looking at the real possiblity of a civil war.

Ignoring that context feeds into the aims fo the traitors.

You think you know how the law was abused, but do you really? Or is your misguided belief based on accusations by trump? Motivated by the crimes he committed and the subsequent indictments for those crimes.

It is funny that you think Trump has anything to do with this.

No. Our low opinion of the civil rights division of the justice department is based on the way it has been operating in society for the last 60 years.

What was the demographics of the civil rights division before Trump?

Actually, the reason as revealed through a second by second analysis of the incident, using a number of videos from multiple angles, shows the regime's narrative about the shooting is a total fabrication.

Video Analysis of ICE Shooting Sheds Light on Contested Moments

Actually, there was another shooting involving an ICE officer. This time a protestor was shot in the leg. Provocations by ICE are part of the plan. Designed to enrage the public. Cause confrontations. Continuously escalate the situation looking for a justification for the regime to become more repressive.

That makes no sense. We are in power and we are getting to do our policies and the numbers are good.

We WANT, to be judged on the results of these policies, which are already having massively good effects on people's lives and will quickly have even MORE.

It is not in our interests to distract from this.

It is in YOUR interests to distract from this.

Clear your mind for a moment. If I said there was a country in which masked agents of the government were roaming the streets in the face of mass protests, violating the rights of citizens, asking people for identification, and in many cases detaining/arresting people (some of which being legal citizens of that country) with no criminal record...........would America be your first guess?

First of all, I don't accept your framing of the situation.

YOu completely left out that they are dealing with not only a massive population of invaders,

but a massive fifth column of Americas who are loyal to the invaders and working with the dems to try to fight against the American government and the American people.

YOU ARE being judged on the policies. trump's poll numbers are awful and about to get worse.

President Trump and members of his administration have said that Renee Good, the woman killed by a federal agent in Minneapolis on Jan. 7, “weaponized her vehicle” against the agent who shot her — an interpretation they claim is confirmed by the agent’s cellphone video.

“She didn’t try to run him over,” Mr. Trump said on the day of the shooting. “She ran him over.”

That description has been contested by local and state officials, who have blamed the federal government for the tension, saying aggressive tactics that violate police protocol had stirred unrest. Demonstrators have taken to the streets nationwide to protest the killing of Ms. Good, a U.S. citizen. The administration has responded by sending 1,000 additional agents to Minnesota.

In a video analysis, The Times focuses on some of the key contested moments of the agent’s cellphone video alongside other footage. More videos are likely to emerge, but the visual evidence shows no indication that the agent who fired the shots, Jonathan Ross, had been run over. The footage provides visibility into the positioning between the agent and Ms. Good’s S.U.V., and the key moments of escalation. It also establishes — millisecond by millisecond — how Mr. Ross put himself in a dangerous position near her vehicle in the first place.

I have learned that trump's cult members have been radicalized to a point where they will believe whatever nonsense is necessary to keep themselves from having to admit they made, and are making, a colossal error in judgement by supporting him.

Because we are in a period of civil unrest
In Minneapolis there was no civil unrest until ICE arrived. Nationwide, there have been massive and small scale protests since trump was elected because his policies are opposed by a majority of Americans. Ignoring that context feeds into the aims of traitors like you.

That makes no sense. You did nothing to explain why my point was false, and your citing the video, did nothing to support your claim to know what the justice department was thinking...

Your words were STRUCTURED like a sentence, but in reality you might as well thrown a bucket of scabble letters down a flight of stairs and typed in your post from that, for all the sense they made when you THINK about them.

YOU ARE being judged on the policies. trump's poll numbers are awful and about to get worse.

Incredible.

we are only one year in. The numbers are few and very early. And on the rare occasions that lefties engage in serious discussion, they make the reasonable point that the shut down might have negatively impacted the data collection.

The ONE number that got some traction, was that the RECESSION predicted by the left, did NOT happen so far. It is reasonable to be suspicious of how shockingly high the growth rate was,

but it is certainly not a recession.

NOT a recession, is leading to a drop in pollling?

That's utterly retarded.

Nope. What is clearly happening is that the left, and we saw this coming, is terrified that Trump's policies will work and has been working overtime trying to make sure that the news cycle is constantly dominated by manufactured outrage of some sort or another.

Was Renee Good Obligated to Comply With an ICE Agent’s Orders?

Moments before Renee Good was shot to death on a Minneapolis street last week, a federal agent ordered her to get out of her Honda Pilot.

Was she legally obligated to comply?

The answer is contingent on many factors, experts said, including the complex interplay of power and jurisdiction among law enforcement agencies. While Ms. Good was compelled to follow a lawful order, it is not clear whether the immigration agents on the scene were acting within their authority.

“What were the ICE officers even attempting to do?” asked Rachel Moran, an expert on police accountability at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. “There’s a couple of key questions, I think. One is, were they involved in a legitimate enforcement operation at that point? And the second is, was she actually blocking their vehicles?”

The question of Good's obligations to obey orders by ICE agents would certainly come up during a fair investigation conducted by impartial investigators. Which is why I have no faith one will be conducted by any agency under the regime's control.

Shit talk.

She was there to fight the duly elected government.

She was a soldier, a want a be revolutionary. She IS a martyr, to the REVOLUTION.

If your side wins, you will put up statues describing her at that. And rightfully so.

She died fighting for your war goals.

Against the US government and the American people.

Incredible? Not really. trump is failing on multiple fronts. Ones he promised to fix.

Grocery prices see biggest spike since 2022 in December

The public doesn't like his immigration policies, his policy towards Greenland, or Venezuela, or Gaza, of killing people in boats, or tariffs, or defunding medical research, or attacks on law firms and universities, or threats against free speech, or his pardons, or firing members of the DoJ for participating in investigations of his crimes, or dozens of other things.

I see. Well, at least I know the degree of delusional thinking I'm dealing with now. I suppose the fantastical belief we are at war with each other, thinking we're on the cusp of civil war, makes it easier for you to justify the use of the military. Something Dotard is extremely eager to do. Inciting violence being part of his plan.

Good was protesting ICE. Like thousands of American citizens are doing every day. She wasn't part of an army nor was she a soldier or part of a revolution. As millions of Americans have, like me, she took to the streets to oppose this government's actions.

....nobody is looking at "real possibility" of civil war except cockoo for coco puffs nutbags like you.

There is no will, no real reason and no capacity.

IOW, she was trying to provoke the officers to take action, which they did. Notice that she would be alive today had she simply de-escalated the situation and gotten out of the car.

She would be alive today if the ICE agent followed guidelines instead of criminally pumping her full of lead.

Don't get in front of a car, do what you can to get out of the way, don't use deadly force to prevent un-armed suspect from fleeing.
