I am paranoid, I distrust big Government generally.
Having said that, I am also able to understand the needs and powers that are needed for A good Government to do its primary job of protecting its citizens.

Basicly the electronic system used to get through toll booths can and has been used to find criminals and to discredit partners in a divorce. I see no problem with that either. Toll roads are also public roads, you should not have any expectation of privacy in public spaces.
I agree with the guy at the end. Do not use such systems if you don't want your movements open to discovery.
