Companies bury clauses in their contracts to escape accountability for defrauding consumers and discriminating against employees. This bill helps the little guy

The Democrats don't give a shit about 'the little guy'. Just look around at the mess Biden has made with supply chains and oil and food prices.

Dems love to LIE using labels that have the opposite meaning. Killing babies in brutal bloody abortions that rip limbs off gets relabeled "pro choice".

A rare instance of someone doing the right thing.

Biden is not in charge of supply chains. Big business is raising prices because they can. Oil companies are keeping supply low to keep prices high.

Arbitration is usually a lot cheaper than a lawsuit. For everyone concerned

Forced arbitration is where the government imposes it's conception of fairness on a company having a dispute with its workers. It's pure extortion, in other words.

Why couldn't they do that before Biden ascended the throne?
