I would agree, no President has had a good second term since we limited them to two terms.

Obama lost Congress and dealt with shutdowns.
Bush had Katrina and the Iraq War went south
Clinton had Monica
Reagan had Iran Contra
Nixon had Watergate


So given that it will be a second term blues for either one of these guys, I'll still take the guy whose first term didn't involve being impeached twice and earning 91 indictments, thanks.
