For perspective the PC in question is used exclusively for gaming & vr.

Any word on if 11 is good/bad for this?

Extremely risky!
Especially if you don't want a brick instead of a working computer....

I hold off on ALL updates until they are safe without bugs or needed patches to fix the problems.

Wait, it might not be Microsoft.......... Even if it is I always wait 6 months to a year before upgrading to a new version, lets the lab rats, errrrr, MS users deal with all the bugs, workarounds and fixes.

mine told me it dont meet the requirements.....my PC is to old.....
I click on it and this is all I see.

It has specific hardware requirements and I don't know if a 2070 super meets the requirements
Then wait until you know. System requirements are a pretty basic minimum question to even consider the question. Even if hardware will handle it, does not mean it won't piss you off.

That is really darned decent of them! I don't remember that being an option on Windows 10.
