South Carolina executes first man in 13 years despite new evidence of innocence

The evidence against capital punishment piles up.
this young man was convicted on the evidence of one of the killers. Now he has withdrawn his testimony.
And yet the state is preparing to execute this man.
Im sure this isnt the first time a young black man with mental health issues has been murdered by the state.
There is now a substantial doubt over his guilt. The execution should be stopped.

The evidence on him is overwhelming, he came up with some bullshit lie yesterday. Why didn't he say this almost 30 years ago? I disagree with the death penalty full stop. But all the reasons ffor execution are being ignored here.
