The Falcons fired the HC and GM before black Monday. Early jump.

The Lion's should fire Dan Campbell and hire Pete Carroll. He has a Super Bowl. Should have 2. Inches away from back to back. Beast Mode. So you know with a good team, he's a good coach. They will play for him and he knows how to win. Reminds me of Sparky Anderson who the Tigers got from Cincinnati. He won with them too.

Carroll's just too fk'n old IMO (74)! I think he needed to be chastized for that bad play call in SB XLIX when the Patriots Defense had been shredded by The Seahawks' running game! It was another one of those potential "picture perfect" moments wanting to make his QB, Russell Wilson the MVP throwing a TD pass! They blew it! This keeps happening; sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't! I can still hark back to that 1986 World Series! Bucker was normally taken out late in games for defensive purposes, but in that 1, (#6), John McNamara left him in to watch a ball go thru his legs losing the game, leading to their game 7 loss to the New York Mets! It was obvious they were thinking about the picture on the cover of Sports Illustrated! Some have admitted to staging a picture! This time it was a fk. up that cost them! The Red Sox had to wait another 18 yrs. to finally claim a WS after almost a century of futility! The Babe Ruth curse was lifted! :stir: :p:rolleyes:😕

This is what sucks about the Lion's blowing it last year and this year. I believe this year and last year was their window to win it all. Now they have to make moves because we finished LAST in our division this year. I believe Minnesota ended up with just as many wins as we have this year so Chicago, GB, Minnesota all just as good or better than us after we had a 2 loss season last year. But I hear we have a easy schedule next year so maybe we have one more shot at it.

Yea that Seahawks loss in the SB will go down in history as one of the most interesting endings. They will do a 30 for 30 on that team. Reminds me of the Piston's 2005. We came so close to back to back championships but then Chauncey Billups rigged the finals. Watch the games we lost and then tell me he didn't.

I'm so pissed at that kicker who sent Aaron Rogers to the ******* playoffs. That guy is money from 60 yards and he missed a 29 yard field goal? Yea right. RIGGED! It's all theater. They wanted Aaron Rogers in the playoffs. It's a better story. Better for ratings. Roger Goddel tells the kicker $100K if you miss the kick. Done!
