The way you build a Super Bowl Championship team is by building your offensive and defensive lines before you start picking your skill players.
You also need to do all of this inside 5 years before your players start renegotiating their contracts.
If you are lucky, and most of your players don't get injured, you can get good production out of them under their rookie contracts.
Every good team stockpiled draft picks thru trades.
They all ended up vastly improving their team in a short period.

It is surprising the number of star talent players I see who yet never have the careers their talent projects because of a lack of other star players on their teams.

Every team except the Jets and the browns....who can't seem to find a decent QB.

The Jets even had Aaron Rodgers but he didn't play well for them. The Browns had Joe Flacco this year but traded him away to their Division opponent the Bengals!
