Here's a task for you to test out your theory. Take your loaded and concealed weapon and a few extra clips, get into a physical altercation with LE without informing them that you armed, which you are legally bound to do. See how it turns out.

He was helping a woman get up who was viciously assaulted by CBP and shoved to the ground. there was no arrest or trying to arrest her by CBP....and they never tried to arrest her...they immediately pepper sprayed him as he was trying to help her. Why did the CBP agent rush to her from a distance and shove her so hard like that in the first place?

You could see in the video his left hand on the ground holding him up a bit, and his right arm fully extended in the air behind him, holding his cell phone.
