The whole story about the death of Pretti

When was he suppose to do that, when CBP was spraying the pepper spray up his nose from a foot or two away. Can you even talk after being pepper sprayed constantly, without stop, directly in your face?
He was white knighting, putting himself between LE and another shrieking miscreant who was in the process of being either dispersed or arrested....Another poor decision in a chain of them, which led to his demise.
BTW
In Minnesota, you are ONLY LEGALLY REQUIRED to disclose that you are carrying a firearm if a peace officer specifically asks you....unlike duty to inform states.
Wrong...I have a close friend who as a MN CCW holder, and that's the procedure that they're trained to follow in class.

Even so, what kind of sub-moron thinks that it's even a marginally wise idea to bring a firearm into a situation like that?

Why do these guys do everything they can to impede the ICE operation? That is illegal, right?
Can you tell me and show me and everyone, what you claim Pretti was doing that, "did everything that he could to impeded this ICE/CBP operation"?

And NO, it was not illegal to blow whistles, follow the agents, or film the agents according to a Court Ruling by a judge a few weeks earlier brought by the ACLU....it is protesters constitutional first amendment right.

Here's a task for you to test out your theory. Take your loaded and concealed weapon and a few extra clips, get into a physical altercation with LE without informing them that you armed, which you are legally bound to do. See how it turns out. 🤡
What do you think of the video, showing he never pulled a gun, and that another officer took the gun from his waist and was walking away with it, before the ICE guys holding down, decided it was time to shoot him between 3 and 10 times?

If he brings his concealed carry every time he leaves the house, like most do.....it's normal.

It's not like he got his concealed carry license purposely for a protest Oddball....he felt he needed it, years prior to this event.

How are they supposed to know if he had another gun? Was he reaching into a pocket? I heard a report that said that, can't see it for myself though. But the guy shows up with at least one gun and a buncha ammo, does that sound like a peaceful protester?

Do you really think ICE agents show up planning to kill a protester? Why do these guys do everything they can to impede the ICE operation? That is illegal, right? I wonder if that asshole mayor and governor give a damn about the people they are sworn to serve. Why in God's name were there no police officers present to prevent protesters from obstructing a legal federal operation? Do you not think the inflammatory language used by the democrats contribute to the atmosphere of chaos and danger to everybody? WTF dude? What is so GD hard about staying on the sidewalk and yelling your head or blowing a stupid whistle?

Yeah, it's a rotten shame when somebody gets shot, loss of life is not good for anybody, except the democrats who can and will use it all the way to November. They'll stir up trouble every chance they get, apparently not really caring if somebody gets hurt or killed. And you're good with that?
Hands held back by the officers is pretty good indication, he was not reaching for another possible gun, which was never recovered. They simply went nuts and killed him.

Don't care...It was a foolhardy thing to do, and he suffered the ultimate consequence for his foolishness.

What was the foolish thing?

Legally carrying a legal handgun?

Sounds like laws need to change then

His mistake was obstructing law enforcement while armed.

Stupid games/stupid prizes.

Jumping into the middle of a law enforcement operation and disrupting it while armed, stupid.

This isn’t hard, moron.

he was not reaching for another possible gun

You don't know that. At the time, nobody knew that. You are assuming totally based on the fact they subsequently found out he only had one. You don't think that maybe the ICE agents might have thought he had more than one? Hindsight is always 20-20, isn't it?

“While armed “?

You mean while LEGALLY armed

He was helping a woman get up who was viciously assaulted by CBP and shoved to the ground. there was no arrest or trying to arrest her by CBP....and they never tried to arrest her...they immediately pepper sprayed him as he was trying to help her. Why did the CBP agent rush to her from a distance and shove her so hard like that in the first place?

So now legally carrying a firearm makes you some kind of criminal?

Boy have Trumpers changed on THAT issue

So you've now changed your position on the Ashley Babbit murder, who had no weapon at all and wasn't physically fighting any LE when she was murdered, right? 🤡

So any movement by any person can now be interpreted as reaching for a hidden weapon

Ummm
Anyone see a problem with that ?

You could see in the video his left hand on the ground holding him up a bit, and his right arm fully extended in the air behind him, holding his cell phone.

Liar. Carrying is not a crime and he never ever acted as if he was gonna threaten ICE

he was videotaping them and when some woman was sprayed his instincts as a good man kicked and with his medical training kicking in he went to help her .. and ICE thugs were all over him as if he was an escaped felon

It is a crime in Minnesota to conceal carry without an I.D. He had that gun there illegally.

Because she pissed him off
