There is definitely a time to rise up against an oppressive state. This is not it. 2. First he says this top expert (the best!) in the Netherlands concluded that it /appeared/ that Pretti /may/ have been disarmed.
3. Then the jerk claims far left WaPo brought in their own "expert" (who?) who conclusively proved he WAS disarmed first. How?
4. The video is of very poor quality poorly lit from a distance looking into the Sun when it counted. You cannot step through such crappy video frame by frame because it takes away the motion that allows you to interpolate actions.
5. Your video shows no evidence of any gun taken from Pretti.
6. The better video shows Pretti from the other side backlit by the Sun repeatedly arguing and fighting with officers struggling not to go back on the sidewalk. Then he turns ignoring orders yet again and starts messing with another idiot there (some woman) whom officers were also dealing with. Had Pretti stopped fighting and obeyed direction by the officers, he'd still be alive today.
7. The only actionable video there at all that might show anything is taken from a distance and BLURRED OUT so no one can see anything, whether he was disarmed when he was shot.

The biggest and bestest thing would have been if he was "an unarmed man" supposedly there to protest peacefully and be helpful if someone that was also there peacefully were to pass out due to exposure to the elements etc.

If the weapon wasn't secure in a proper CWP holster, otherwise that would have secured it with a strap holding the weapon properly, then they probably would have never discovered the weapon in the tussel. However, if it was unsecured otherwise just stuck in his pants belt behind his back as if he had it there for quick access in a situation, then the interpretation of what it was there for or if it looked to an officer like such a situation was a game changer in regards to who or what they were dealing with, then all bets became high risk to the officer's in the chaotic anarchy of the situation, and especially if thing's got real chaotic in the situation.

Word of advice to civilians, stop attempting to save illegals who have been found out to be dangerous to Americans and civilized society by the federal and state government.

That's the way I carry as well. No one needs to know I'm carrying which is the entire point. Everything I read said she was attempting to be the first to climb through the doorlite, that Chad Barrett Jones smashed by repeated bashing with various objects, including a wooden flag pole.

I think you are pretty close to the height above the floor to enter the window. I have been there in the past. I recall reading she stood 5'4" and that means she had to jump up to get that high for her feet to make it. Ask a woman of her height get up onto an object 40 inches high and see how she does it. None of the protesters at the Capitol were charged with those crimes. No cops died due to Jan 6 other than some later committed suicide. Videos of the two window busters in the hall that day show it was 2 damaging the windows in the hall. The group with them were not rioting at all.
