Why didn't any of the hundreds of other protestors who didn't obstruct justice and shove an agent while carrying an ILLEGAL CONCEALED GUN get shot?

Joe, when I carry a gun, I have a purpose. It might be shooting targets. It might be like the time I walked around Dad's ranch hoping to find a deer and get him some Venison. In the Army we shot targets and practiced maneuvers against the invisible enemy. When you wander around where law enforcement has operations Joe, tell them you are armed. If the law locally demands permits, display the permit. Tell them you will not cause problems. Or be like you seem to like, yelling at cops and walking around armed and silent about it. What good will that do you?

None in your first two photo's depicted anyone that wanted to fight with or attack LE, and they didn't. Unfortunately their were these dumb aces that decided they wanted to try these good people or threaten these good people in a street mob fashion, when all the good citizens were doing was merely exercising their 2nd amendment rights before they were attacked by the mob or were threatened by them.
Your bottom photo was from where or who were those people ??

Was watching the video in a super slow motion timed situation, and I did notice that Pretti had a holster in which the gun was mounted in. An earlier report that I read left me thinking that the gun was just stuck in his waste band unsecured in that way. Well that was wrong.
In the slow motion reel, it appears that the guy directly over Pretti had removed the gun from Pretti's holster, and then he turned and walked away from the danger zone with it maybe ?
The ICE officer to the left then moved in on Pretti with his gun drawn, otherwise as if he was going to help defuse the struggle as it continued on in chaotic form.
Next it appeared that Pretti was in a position where he was sort of sitting up slightly in front of the officer that appears to have his gun still drawn while positioned behind Pretti.
Was Pretti shot in his back initially ?? How many shots entered Pretti's body before the event ended ?
I am definitely a supporter of LE, but unfortunately their are some officer's that are not trained enough or they could be hardened/desensitized due to PTSD or they are rogue cop's that need to be separated from the herd quickly if found negligent or guilty in an event that involves a death.
Let's see where the investigation goes, and let's hope that truth prevails always.
This does not give a pass to those who are not protesting peacefully or are destroying government and private property, and are acting stupid around LE that has a hard enough time trying to keep order and uphold the peace.
Stop breaking the law protesters, and get your aces up on the sidewalks holding your signs where you belong. And just remember, don't just assume that you are dealing with stable individual's just because they wear a badge and uniform. Keep yourselves safe by doing the right thing always, and stop putting yourselves in harms way by doing the wrong thing's because filthy politician's are telling you or encouraging you to do so..
