The whole story about the death of Pretti

I’m actually not sure which is more offensive:

1) Comparing American law enforcement trying to deport violent, criminal aliens to Nazis rounding up Jews to cram into gas chambers, or….

2) Comparing good, law-abiding Jewish citizens to illegal alien rapists and child sex abusers.

The point being you cannot conceal carry a gun in Minnesota without an valid I.D. He did have a valid I.D. therefore his concealed gun was illegal. And yes, a misdemeanor is a crime.
No, it was not illegal, and the word 'illegal' was not used by Kristi Noem to describe it, for a reason Welfare Queen.

Improper is something not done the right way, or by the standard usually considered best, or unsuitable or ...not properly done.

But illegal, is behavior that is a formal, written offense, punishable under code of law by our govt.

It's right there in the video, the CBP AGENT viciously assaulted her by ramming her to the ground...she was just standing there...he rushed to her with all his force and rammed her, she had not approached him. Was she blowing a whistle or saying something? Maybe, but THAT IS LEGAL....1st Amendment right, according to all court rulings.

You can bet she will have her own lawsuit....
She was on the roadway. Not legal.

624.714 CARRYING OF WEAPONS WITHOUT PERMIT; PENALTIES.

Subd. 1b.

(a) The holder of a permit to carry must have the permit card and a driver's license, state identification card, or other government-issued photo identification in immediate possession at all times when carrying a pistol and must display the permit card and identification document upon lawful demand by a peace officer, as defined in section 626.84, subdivision 1.

Exactly where and when was she attempting to interfere with Law Enforcement? Where do you even get that from toomuchtime? She was feet away from the CBP OFFICER who decided to run towards her and assault her by viciously ramming her to the ground. Why did the CBP agent ESCALATE the situation by doing that instead of his required and trained for, DE-ESCALATION? Is that how peace officers arrest people? Really?
She was on the roadway.

I want you to explain what your position on Ashli Babbitt is. Then after that, we can compare it to this current shooting.
I would have shot her, as that was the last defensive position before the chamber. I would not have shot her in the throat, as I am trained to shoot center mass and never miss at 6 feet. Most places in upper torso are probably as vascular, not immediately lethal, but enough to stop most people. Like the Officer, I would have shot her, as first through the doorlite they had just busted out, and there was a crowd ready to follow. She was shot once. The object is to shoot until they are no long a threat.
I definitely would not have shot her 3 times in the back and certainly not fired on her an additional 7 times. 10 rounds is an intentional assassination when the suspect does not have a weapon and is on the ground.

They didn't have to look for justification, stupid. He obstructed law enforcement, fought with agents, and had an ILLEGAL CONCEALED WEAPON on him.

He got exactly what he deserved, given his actions.
He did not have a weapon when shot. They removed it first. An officer safety move, I suppose. If you disarm them first, you can shoot them as many times as you like and are guaranteed, they cannot shoot back. Seems cowardly, but it is the caliber of the officer's training and control.

Yep. I've been saying that too. The Democratic party leadership is selling out its own constituents. It's been a pattern for at least a dozen years.

The Democrats prey on the stupid, the emotional, and especially on the mentally unstable.

We all know that progressives cheated in 2020 and all elections. They made sure they would not lose. They cheated in 2000 with Gore/W. Just not enough. And they were thrown a curve in 2016, and they tried to mine some votes long after the election was over.

:cuckoo::cuckoo:

You're losing kiddo! Bovino was removed as heading the operation and the excessive amounts of ICE and CBP agents are being removed from Minnesota.

This killing of Alex Pretti was unjustified, and they know it.
Correlation is not causation.

Many wise people already know.....

This ALL about distraction. While Democrats stole Trillions from American taxpayers. Corrupt ppl across the spectrum have an interest in keeping America from focusing on the real crimes going on here.

If you're even modestly intelligent, you already know this.

Was every officer aware that he had been disarmed? Was he searched for a second firearm before his hand moved near his waistband while holding a black object?

So why don't you want it cleaned up?
Not this way. MAGA likes it as a national sport, but it is a dangerous way to go about it.

But no one is against rounding up violent criminals, the worst of the worst people here who entered, as Americans were told was the plan.

And seeing people ripped out of their cars that are Americans or people here who were given papers and a chance for asylum once heard by the court, or here on green cards or as accepted refugees ...is absolutely unacceptable....

And the way they are treating these people, with as much cruelty and showmanship of the cruelty as possible, is BELOW us, below Americanism or common decency and common sense, and totally unacceptable in most American's eyes.

And the way they treat protesters first amendment right is shameful, to the nth degree...And people's 4th Amendment rights as well are being broken, with no regard for the Constitution.

They need to clean up their Act.

I dont know

We dont have video of what the woman did - if anything - to justify taking her into custody

But that was a question for the biased leftwing judges in Minneapolis to decide calmly in a courtroom after the fact

Not by militant lib social justice warriors in the street
I never saw them try to take her in to custody, did you? If so, can you link the video to it. I never heard they were even trying to take her in to custody??? So where did that come from?

They may have forgotten about her after the shooting.
