The East Wing was built in 1902. It was partially demolished during the war, so that a bunker could be built underneath. it was replaced according to McKimMeade and White’s original plan, with the addition of offices on the second floor.

You forgot about the Oval Office in the East Wing.

In real numbers, few posters have been to DC and toured about as I have. That ball room will make an outstanding addition to the property where the White house sits.
