I want whatever the cotus says we should have and if we want change then we need to go through the proper procedures, and amend the cotus.
That's pointing out the obvious.
But it's also not what we're talking about. You can push for change.
Your argument seems to be "well, we have this, so, we have this and I can't be bothered with change".
My argument is "why not have a better system, why not try and change the system so it is better?"
