1."Conflicting Signals? Obama vows to ‘destroy’ ISIS, make it ‘manageable’

2. "War has been waged against us by stealth and deceit and murder.

This nation is peaceful, but fierce when stirred to anger. This conflict was begun on the timing and terms of others; it will end in a way and at an hour of our choosing."

Did Reagan destroy the Soviet Union, when as you would tell us he won the Cold War, or did he make it 'manageable'?

Winston Churchill:
"We shall go on to the end. Imagine the stirring words spoken by Churchill if Obama had written them:
"We will tip toe around until the enemy is old and grey, and hope that they, eventually, someday.....become manageable....."

Obama's foreign policy pronouncements routinely go like this: "Let me make this perfectly unclear, as ambiguous as possible that there be no doubt about my uncertainty."
