Whenever the constitution is brought up it's 'The democrats are violating it' or maybe it's 'The republicans are violating it.' Everybody's doing it. Like our wars. Constitution sez we need a declaration of war to go to war. Haven't done that for several decades. I think the last declaration was in 1941.
