The types of people being arrested and sentenced for 1/6

First of all, he's not a domestic terrorist, and I'm not making any excuses for anyone. So check your reading comprehension skills, you fucking moron.

I'm simply speculating that the guy may have been lying when he said it was gasoline. After all, gasoline is not illegal, moonshine is illegal. Gasoline is not typically stored in mason jars, moonshine is typically stored in mason jars.
They analyzed the liquid. It was gas.

Gasoline is not typically stored in mason jars...

...except when it's being used as a molotov cocktail.

If he had put the stuff in a backpack and taken it to the Capitol building then maybe the government would have a case. He didn't do that.
Yea all he did was park a truck full of bombs and guns outside the Capitol.

Kinda like little Timmy McVeigh did right?

So now there's a "legal" container for gas?
Actually there is....Generally gas that is not in your gas tank is supposed to be stored in an approved container that is tested, and carries the information of the API...

  • "For example, fire codes and regulations restrict the amount of gasoline an individual homeowner can store (usually no more than 25 gallons), in approved containers of less than five gallons capacity each.
  • Gasoline must be stored in an approved container or tank. Keep gasoline containers tightly closed and handle them gently to avoid spills."

No--it wasnt. It's another abuse of the government----making up charges that aren't based on facts in order to harass and destroy political enemies is immoral and illegal.
Yea, lot of people drive across multiple state lines with their vehicle loaded down with molotov cocktails when they visit D.C., right genius?

There are nuts in every political movement....Trying to tie one radical idiot to all of those you disagree with in a general sense is dishonest to the max.
