He shot her after her vehicle struck him. Video/audio evidence clearly prove that the shot was fired milliseconds after he was struck. LOL, I doubt he had time to form an emotion.IF that is accurate...it's yet more evidence that he shot her out of anger, not because he genuinely believed she was a threat to his life.
Immediately after being intentionally struck by her vehicle he made a perfectly understandable remark given the circumstances which is really irrelevant to anything.Immediately after shooting her, he said "fuckin *****".... which doesn't look good for him, at all.
If there was to be excessive force used, it would have been used on the lover as she walked around the vehicle goading the officers. BTW, her decision to flee and striking a LE officer with a deadly weapon is a crime of violence and the officer has the right to defend himself.Maybe because she was familiar with their track record of excessive force, she didn't want to get beaten or pepper sprayed or worse.But even if her decision to flee was a bad one, fleeing alone is not a capital crime.
