Well, it's a human whenever the organism begins to grow and live, it can't be anything else. That happens at conception. It's debatable about when the organism develops various characteristics, a nervous system, feeling pain, sentience, etc. But the organism, if it's living, can only be human.

I have no problem with states and communities deciding among themselves when it's appropriate to terminate human life... whether it's abortion, euthanization, the death penalty or whatever. I don't believe in any federal tax dollars being spent on any of it. My state shouldn't have to contribute to what your stated decides, that's on you.

But before we can get to this point we have to get everyone on the same page and right now, they're not. We have a large contingent of the population who want to deny science and biological facts because it's politically expedient to do so. Then they want to use that to mock and ridicule the religious. It's a sick and perverted thing that we need to reverse, and then we can have a mature conversation on when it may or may not be appropriate to terminate life.

And again, we've already established that if a living organism does exist, it has to be human, it can't be anything else. It is at the early stage of development known as the fetal stage.
